Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notice with us, including the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Uzuy Edge Emulator has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Uzuy Edge Emulator’s sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our site and/or terminate the memberships of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
